Bacon and cheese wrap

   Preheat oven to 200c gas mark 6

   Roll out the puff pastry and cut in to squares approximately 3 inch by 3 inch.

   Place your uncooked bacon on the pastry and add a hand full of cheese on top

   Fold corner to corner.and same the other way to create a parcel

5. 5

   Place in the oven for 20 minutes.

   Once cooked leave to cool for 2 minutes.

   Then serve.
