1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
½ cup walnuts, finely ground
½ cup raisins

In a large bowl, sift flours, salt, and baking soda; stir to combine; Stir in oatmeal and walnuts.

With electric mixer, cream butter, shortening, sugar, brown sugar.
