   Combine gelatin with chicken broth.

   Let stand for 5 min.

   Heat slowly and then set aside til dissolved.

   Combine the mashed avocado, lime juice, salt, worshireshire sauce, grated onion, lowfat sour cream, and mayonaise.

   Add in a little green coloring.

   Fold all together and put into a buttered mold and chill to set.

    DRESSING (OPTIONAL.

    Flavor is sweet/tart 6 Tbsp.

    frzn lemonade 2 Large eggs, well beaten (safer to use 1/2 c. mayonaise) 1 c. heavy cream 1/4 c. sugar

    Heat the lemonade, slowly add in to well beaten Large eggs, (or possibly mayonaise) then add in the sugar.

    Whip cream and slowly blend into mix.

    You can put anything you want in the center of the mold (I like big strawberries) or possibly you can just leave it empty!
