Avocado Crema

   In blender, combine avocados, lime juice, honey, and water; puree until smooth (if necessary, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to loosen mixture for pureeing).

   Add cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper; puree just until incorporated.
