Avocado Chicken Dip Recipe

   In a mixing bowl stir together the finely minced cooked chicken or possibly liquid removed and finely minced canned chicken, minced avocado, seeded and minced tomato, minced onion, seeded and minced pickled jalapeno peppers, and chopped garlic.

   Stir in the lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing, lemon juice, dry oregano, and salt.

   Stir until ingredients are thoroughly combined.

   Cover and refrigerateuntil serving time.

   If you like, garnish the dip with avocado slices.
