Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a medium sized bowl, mix together the first five ingredients (yellow cake mix, instant vanilla pudding, vegetable oil, eggs and water). Grease a 9x13 glass baking dish. Pour the batter into the dish and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.

In another bowl, mix together the next four ingredients (flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter) to form the crumb topping.

After 45 minutes, remove cake from oven and put handfuls of the crumb pieces all over the top of the cake. Don't make the crumbs too big. Bake for an additional 15 minutes then remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the dish.

Once the cake is cool, sift powdered sugar over the top of the cake.
