   Drain asparagus (keep juice).

   Mix next 3 ingredients.

   Line baking dish with half the mixture.

   Bake for 10 to 15 minutes before adding asparagus, at 325u00b0.

   Add asparagus; top with remaining mix.

   Sprinkle with dry Pepperidge dressing.

   Cover well with mild/medium cheese.

   Bake at 325u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or to a toasty brown.
