1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
1/3 c. Wine vinegar
1/2 c. Salad oil
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Minced scallions
1/4 c. Minced parsley
1 lb Asparagus, steamed
2 x Ripe tomatoes cut in wedges
3 x Bananas Salad greens, (Bibb or possibly Iceberg)
