1 cl Garlic, chopped
1/3 c. Dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp. Chopped gingerroot (or possibly 1/2 teaspoon grnd)
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Salt
1 lb Lean grnd beef
1 1/2 tsp Hoisin sauce
1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce

In large bowl, beat egg lightly; add in onions, garlic, bread crumbs, hoisin sauce, ginger, soy sauce, mustard and salt.
