Servings: persons

1 tbsp fresh ginger
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 sprinkle of peppet or steak sauce
1 tsp oregeno
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp red wine, rice and cider vinegars
1 dash turmeric
1/4 bell peppet
1/4 cup water
2 tsp ginger marmalade
1/4 tsp corn starch
4 -6 pork chops
1 tbsp coconut oil

Combinemarinade and let sit with chops 1/2 hour to overnight

Save some marinade for the sauce

Preheat pan on high heat

Sear chops on high heat for 2 minutes each side Or until golden brown

Simmer the rest of the marinade with sauce ingredients until it starts to thicken

Put in a roasting pan or pan with sides along with the pork

Cook in oven (covered) for 7-9 minutes or until they reach 145F
