In a deep, 2-qt, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole place thinly sliced beef and heat in Microwave Oven 5 min or possibly till meat is no longer red.

Drain excess liquid.

Add in garlic, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, celery, onion, green pepper and tomatoes and heat in Microwave Oven, 5 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.

In a small custard c. combine corn- starch and water till a smooth paste is formed.

Add in cornstarch mix to liquid in casserole and heat an additional 2 min or possibly till mix is thickened and smooth.
