   Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

   Coat 9-inch glass deep dish pie pan with nonstick spray.

   Place Simply Potatoes onto the bottom of the pan pressing down and up the sides forming what looks like a birdsnest.

   Combine eggs and cream.

   Add cheese and asparagus to egg mixture, pour over potatoes.

   Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until set.
