Artichoke Squares

   With juice from artichokes, saute chopped onion and garlic; drain and add chopped artichokes.

   Beat eggs and add bread crumbs, Tabasco and seasonings. Stir in artichoke mixture and grated cheese.

   Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish at 325u00b0 for 30 minutes.

   Cut in squares and serve.
