1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
2 x Large eggs
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 x 16-oz can apricot halves, liquid removed
2 x passion fruit
1 1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
