Apricot Glazed Pork Tenderloin

   Heat broiler.

   Set rack 4 inches from heat.

   Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

   Rub pork with oil; season with salt and pepper.

   In a small saucepan, whisk together jam and mustard.
