2 tsp Vanilla
1/3 c. Raisins

Cream shortening till fluffy.

Beat egg and Sweet and Low until lemon colored, add in to shortening alternately with applesauce, blending well after each addition.

Add in vanilla, add in dry ingredients slowly.
