2 c. Cake flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 c. Minced apples or possibly dates

In a large bowl, blend the lowfat milk, raisins, applesauce, sugar, oil and spices thoroughly.

In another bowl, mix the flour, baking pwdr and baking soda.
