1/3 c. Vegetable Oil
1/2 c. Applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 c. Cocoa Pwdr -- unsweetened
1/4 c. Sugar Or possibly substitute for 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking Pwdr
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 lrg Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 c. Nuts -- minced
1 tsp Powdered Sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine oil, applesauce and cocoa.

Add in sugar/sweetener and stir till dissolved.

Add in Large eggs and vanilla.

Mix dry ingredients together and stir into the mix.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 inch square pan.

Sprinkle on nuts.

Bake about 20 to 30 min or possibly till top is set but edges are not dry out.

Toothpick will come out clean.

Cold, & sprinkle with powdered sugar.
