Applesauce Apple Butter(Sugar-Free)

   Combine all ingredients in a blender container and blend until smooth.

   Pour mixture into a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, with the lid ajar to allow steam to escape, for 20 minutes.

   Allow to cool to room temperature and store covered in the refrigerator.
