1/2 c. Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
2 c. Flour
2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Cinnamon

4 Tbsp. Butter
3 c. Confectioner's sugar
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Water

In bowl stir together apples and sugar; let stand 5 min.
