1 egg
1/4 c. apple juice
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. finely chopped peeled tart apples
1 c. walnuts

Cream sugars and butter. Add egg and apple juice. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and add to the creamed mixture. Fold in apples and walnuts.

Drop by teaspoon on a greased pan. Bake at 375u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
