3 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup applesauce
½ cup butter or ½ cup margarine, melted
turkey giblets, cooked and chopped

Put into a large bowl or spread out on a cookie sheet to dry out.

In the morning, pour 1 cup of water over the bread to moisten, squeeze out.
