Apple Pie Delights

   Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

   Peel apples, chop two in the chopper, and set aside the other two, cut into thin slices.

   Beat the eggs with the butter, milk, and sugar.

   Gradually, add the flour and baking powder, and mix well.

   Add the chopped apples, stir again.

   Pour the mixture into a silicone form, garnish with sliced apples, and sprinkle with sugar.

   Bake until golden brown.

   Let cool, and brush the pie with jam of choice.
