Apple Pecan Pie

   a mixing bowl.

   Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour and salt with apples.

   Mix well. Let stand 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup pecans in bottom of pie shell

    and cover with apple mixture.

    Mix melted butter, flour, brown

    cinnamon

    chopped

    pecans.

    Mix well; cover apple mixture with this mixture. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350u00b0. Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
