1 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1 x Egg
3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. Lowfat milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 c. Peanut butter
1 c. Apples minced Confectioner's sugar sifted

Sift flour with baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt.

Beat egg till light and gradually beat in sugar.

Stir in lowfat milk, vanilla and peanut butter.

Mix in flour mix and apples.

Spread in greased square 8x8x2 inch pan.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 min.

Cook in pan for about 5 min.

Cut into 24 finger shaped pcs.
