Chocolate Mint Sauce

   Melt chocolate over hot water. Add sugar, water and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar and chocolate thickens and melts. Boil 3 minutes at 230u00b0 or until small amount forms a ball in cold water.

   Remove from heat.

   Add butter and peppermint.

   If you are going to store and use later, omit butter. Seal in a jar and chill.

   Before using, reheat and add butter. Makes 2 cups sauce.
