Ingredients: 2 c. Flour; 1/2 tsp Salt; 4 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/4 c. Sugar; 3/4 tsp Cinnamon; 1/4 tsp Nutmeg; 1 x Egg, beaten; 1 c. Lowfat milk; 1/3 c. Oil; 3/4 x -(up to); 1 c. Peeled, minced apples

Combine dry ingredients.

Combine egg, lowfat milk and oil; add in to dry mix; stir just to moisten.

Add in apples and mix.

Fill greased muffin c. 2/3 full.

Don't use cupcake papers.

Bake at 350 for 25 min.

Serve with honey.

Add in more sugar if not served with honey.
