1 salt and pepper

1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 Italian bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 400

In small bOwl whisk egg and milk together

Remove skin from chicken, dip in egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs.

In large bowl mix together add Apple juice, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning mix, butter and garlic.
