Apple Jello--Looks Like a Glass of Beer

   Dissolve the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water.

   Add sugar to the apple juice and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 500W.

   Stir, then microwave again for 1.5 minutes and stir again.

   Add gelatin, and microwave for 1.5 minute at 500W, until dissolved.

   Once it is cool, pour into containers until 80% full.

   Chill the remaining liquid in the fridge.

   Once the remaining liquid has set, whisk (by hand or with a hand mixer) into foam.

   Continue until the entire mixture is firmly set.

   Top the apple jello filled containers with the foam mixture.

    Chill in the fridge until set and it's done.
