2 cup Celery
1/2 lb Land o Lakes salted butter
2 lb Stuffing mix
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Sage
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1/2 tsp White pepper

12 oz Dried cranberries
2 large Gala apples
14 oz Chicken stock

Preheat oven to 375

Chop onion & celery into small pieces.

Saute onion & celery in butter until well softened.

In a large mixing bowl add: stuffing mix, seasonings, & cranberries.

Mix well.

Peel & chop apples in to medium chunks.

Slowly add chicken stock to bowl.
