Sausage Gravy

   Brown sausage off in a 12 inch non stick skillet.

   Melt butter in pan with sausage, add flour and cook for 2 minutes over medium high heat.

   Add milk to pan, bring to boil cook until thickened to desired texture.

   (it will continue to thicken as it cools)
