1/2 C butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
12 c milk
2 - 4 apples sliced
2 Tbl. sugar
1/2 tsp cinamon

Blend sugar & butter, add eggs.

Flour, baking powder, salt.

Add alternately w/ milk.

Grease loaf pan & pour batter in. arrange apple slices on top.

sprinkle cinamon mixture over apples and bake at 350 about 25 mins.

Serve warm. Can add whipped cream or ice cream.
