1 lb Fresh rhubarb
1 c. Raisins
1/2 c. Light brown sugar
1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 c. Water
1 1/2 stk Butter
1/2 c. Light brown sugar
1/4 c. Sugar
2 c. All-purpose flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 c. Minced pecans
