Apple and Kiwi Honey Jam

   Peel the apple, weigh, and grate.

   Peel the skin of the kiwi, and weigh.

   Cut into 4 portions lengthwise, and then slice into 5 mm.

   Prepare the honey, which is 20% weight of the apple and kiwifruit, and pour in the pot with the apple and kiwi.
