6 x cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 x in ginger root, chopped
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
5 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 Tbsp. warm pepper sauce
6 x scallion, shredded
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 lb grnd pork

Soak bean thread in 4 c. boiling water for 20 min.

Marinate meat in 1/2 scallions, soy and sesame oil.

Chop ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in wok and stir-fry the warm pepper paste, ginger and garlic over high heat.

Add in meat and stir fry for 2 more minutes.

Add in 1/4 c. soy sauce and cook another 30 sec.

Add in noodles and stir, chopping noodles in process.

Add in 2/3 c. water and rest of scallions.
