Line 15-1/2x10-1/2x1-inch jelly-roll pan with foil; extending foil about 1 inch above edge of pan.

In food processor, combine Neufchatelcheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; process till smooth.

In medium microwave-safe bowl, place chips and skim lowfat milk.

Add in gelatin mix; stir till gelatin is dissolved and mix is smooth.

* Unroll cake; remove towel.
