Combine all ingredients with your hands and form into 1 1/4 inch patty.", "Heat up a non-stick skillet or cast iron pan to Med-High.. Place patty and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes turning only once for a great crust. After both sides are crusted, flip to original side.", "Remove patty and set aside. Place the naked white onion rings in the burger pan to sweat them down for 30-35 seconds. Bring patty back to the pan topping it with the sweated onions and cheese.
