1/2 lb. ground pork
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
4 slices bread

Combine meat with seasonings.

Beat eggs and add to tomato juice. Cube bread and soak in liquid mix; beat well. Add to meat and mix lightly. Pack into a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan and bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350u00b0.

Let loaf stand for 10 minutes, then drain off liquid and turn out of pan.
