An Apple Crisp On The Bbq Recipe

   Preheat your barbecue to 350F.While you peel, core and chop the apples, have someone grease a baking tin.

   Toss the apples, lemon zest, white sugar and 2 Tbsp of flour together and put it in the tin.

   In a bowl, rub the butter and flour together with your hands till you have a crumbly mix (with no lumps of butter).

   Stir in the brown sugar, salt and cinnamon, and spread the topping over the apples.

   Cover the tin with foil (cut some vents in it).

   Bake for 25-30 min, till the apples have melted.
