Put 2 cups water in pan start to boil add rice turn heat to low cover and cook for 20 minutes do not lift the lid.

In large frying pan melt butter and saute sliced mushrooms add a handful of carrots and half of the green onions

Put vegetables in bowl for later use

In frying pan add egg and continue to scramble to break eggs up once done add to bowl with vegetables

In frying pan add cubed sausage and fry until the sausage starts to golden turn heat to low

Once timer has gone off for rice add rice vegetables and egg to frying pan with sausage

Add about 4 teaspoons of soy sauce and mix all together on low heat until all rice has turned brown in color

Add to bowl and garnish with some green onion and enjoy
