Amazing Ham and Potato Soup

   Mix together water and chicken bouillon granules in a crockpot.

   Add potatoes, celery, onion, and ham.

   Cook on low for about 7 hours.

   About 30 min before dinner take 10 Tbsp of the chicken broth out of the crockpot and put in a med sized pan, slowly add the flour.

   Add milk, stirring constantly as not to let clumps form Cook on med-low heat until thick (don't worry if it doesn't thicken right away, it will.
