1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/3 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Dark brown sugar
3 Eggs
6 oz Plain yogurt
6 oz Oil

Preheat oven to 350.

Butter and flour 9 inch round, 3 inch deep cake pan.

Mix dry ingredients together (except the sugars) then add to grated carrots.

Mix the sugars, eggs, oil and yogurt in a separate bowl.

Pour into cake pan and bake on middle rack for 45 min at 350.

Then bake for 20 more min at 325.
