1
Stir together gently with a wire whisk till all ingredients are combined.
-
2
Store in a sealable container.
-
3
When it comes time to bake them, here are the instructions (that I affixed to the top of the jars on an index card.)
-
4
You need: 1 8 ounce.
-
5
container of fat free vanilla yogurt (I like Dannon the best)
-
6
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-
7
Empty dry contents into a medium bowl.
-
8
Add in the yogurt and stir well.
-
9
Mix will be rather thick.
-
10
Lightly spray an 8 x 8 inch pan with cooking spray, and spread the brownie mix into the pan.
-
11
Bake for 31-33 min, till brownies test ALMOST done.
-
12
Cold completely and enjoy!
-
13
Notes: Turbinado sugar is just like Sugar in the Raw, I think.
-
14
I just like it better than granulated white stuff.
-
15
It can be found, along with Ghiradelli chocolate at most grocery stores, but my favorite place to shop is Meijer's.
-
16
They never are out of what I need.
-
17
Also, I say remove from over when brownies are almost done because they will continue to cook a bit out of the oven.
-
18
The tooth pick will have a little bit of residue on it, but nothing gooey.
-
19
Lastly, these brownies are best when totally cooled down.
-
20
So resist the temptation, because it's really worth it.

NOTES : This was just posted on 3FC's WW Dessert board.
-
22
It looks like it has potential.
-
23
I haven't tried it myself, but Kaitlyn vouches for the results.
-
24
I haven't run this through Mastercook.
-
25
I'll bet which the calories aren't which low (considering which it calls for 1 1/2 c. of sugar.
-
26
Here's a recipe for something I have been working on... fat free brownie fold in a jar.
-
27
Almost everyone I know is health conscious but are also plagued by an insatiable sweet tooth (like me)!
-
28
So I'm whipping up a few batches of these, and putting them in jars and giving them away as little gifts.
-
29
Hope someone else out there tries this... they're really good and fudgy (I like fudgy brownies better than cake-like).
