½ teaspoon dried basil
1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons butter
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 cups 10% cream
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup white wine
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 pinch nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the pasta.
