Chop scallions, separating the white from the green. Place a sauce pan on the range and turn burner to high. When sauce pan is hot, add two tablespoons of olive oil. Add whites of scallions and mussels and saute for one minute. Toss chopped jalapenos with the mixture. Pour juice from orange into sauce pan with 6 ounces of Alchemy Hour (enjoy the rest with your meal!) Cover pan and cook until all mussels have opened. Serve in a large bowl and garnish with orange zest and scallion
