Albacore Vegetable Pilaf Recipe

   In heavy 1 1/2 quart.

   saucepan (with a tight lid) combine rice chicken stock, water, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper and garlic pwdr.

   Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 min.

   Stir in vegetables,cover and continue cooking 5 more min or possibly till all the liquid is absorbed.

   Blend in lowfat sour cream and Starkist Albacore.

   Serve warm or possibly cool.
