Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb rockfish fillets thawed if necessary; 2 Tbsp. oil; 2 med green peppers minced; 2 x carrots thinly sliced; 1 lrg onion minced; 1 lrg garlic clove chopped; 1 can tomatoes - (28 ounce); 1 can tomato juice - (12 ounce); 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp sugar; 1 tsp basil crushed; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/2 c. dry white wine or possibly fish stock

1 1/2 lb rockfish fillets thawed if necessary
2 Tbsp. oil
2 med green peppers minced
2 x carrots thinly sliced
1 lrg onion minced
1 lrg garlic clove chopped
1 can tomatoes - (28 ounce)
1 can tomato juice - (12 ounce)
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp basil crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. dry white wine or possibly fish stock

Cut rockfish into 1-inch pcs.

Heat oil in large pot.

Saute/fry green peppers, carrots, onion and garlic till onion is tender.

Add in tomatoes, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, basil and salt.

Bring to boil; simmer 10 min.

Add in wine and rockfish.

Simmer 8 min longer or possibly till rockfish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
