   Cream sugar with butter until light. Add the well beaten eggs. Dissolve 1 tsp. baking soda in the sour cream and set aside.Mash 3 very ripe bananas.Combine the flour and salt. Add the sour cream mixture to the batter and then alternately, add the

   the mashed bananas. Add the vanilla and beat until well combined. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake @ 350 degrees for one hour (or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
