7-Up Jello Salad – a delicious recipe with lemon jello, boiling water, marshmallows, pineapple, bananas, pineapple juice. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

2 small pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
bananas, sliced
1 c. reserved pineapple juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
3 Tbsp. flour
3 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. oleo
8 oz. Cool Whip
coconut

Dissolve jello in boiling water.

Let cool and add 7-Up, marshmallows, pineapple and bananas.

Pour into Pyrex dish.

Cook until thickened the pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour and cream cheese.

Remove from heat and add oleo.
