   Cream margarine and sugar until

   Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.

   Add flour.

   Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up.

   Pour batter into well-greased and floured jumbo, fluted mold pan (12 cup Bundt pan).

   Bake at 325u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours until cake tester comes out clean.
